EFT CLINICAL SUPERVISION IN NEWCASTLE, ME
A SAFE, COLLABORATIVE SPACE TO FIND YOUR VOICE & GROW.
For licensed clinicians pursuing EFT certification.
I MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE TO HELP FOSTER YOUR CLINICAL UNDERSTANDING and CONFIDENCE AS A CLINICIAN.
Being the person in the room who’s expected to have answers can be overwhelming (believe me—I know the feeling!). But I also know that pushing through the overwhelm and self-doubt can create a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment that reminds us why we do this work in the first place.
Whether you’re new to EFT, revisiting the idea of certification after a past (possibly unsatisfactory) experience with supervision, or are already certified but looking to fine tune your skills, I’m here to support you through finding your style and progressing toward becoming the EFT expert I know you can be.
I WORK WITH CLINICIANS who…
Are motivated to grow—both professionally and personally—in this deeply human model of therapy.
Are willing to review videoed sessions with me, knowing that real growth happens when we look at our work with curiosity rather than judgment.
Can put aside expertise in other models during our consults so we can focus on deepening EFT skills.
Are open to vulnerability—sharing fears, self-doubts, and struggles in their EFT work rather than trying to "get it right" alone.
See EFT certification as a natural outcome of professional growth rather than a box to check off.
Are EFT Supervisors-in-training and aiming to become ICEEFT-Certified.
Recognize that learning doesn’t stop at certification and want a collaborative, relational supervision process that evolves with their needs.
HOW IT WORKS
-
Supervision isn’t a one-size-fits-all process—learning is a personal journey, and we’ll shape it together in a way that works for you.
We’ll start by getting clear on your goals, whether that’s deepening your EFT skills, building confidence in the therapy room, or working toward certification.
Along the way, I’ll offer guidance, support, and real-world examples that make the concepts feel tangible and applicable. Most importantly, this is a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to fit into a rigid structure.
-
Watching yourself on video can feel vulnerable, but it’s one of the most powerful ways to grow as a therapist. Together, we’ll look at your sessions with compassionate curiosity—not to critique, but to notice what’s working, where you’re getting stuck, and how you can lean into your strengths.
EFT isn’t about having the perfect intervention—this work requires presence over perfection, learning to trust the process, and staying attuned to your clients in real time. Through this practice, you’ll sharpen both your conceptual understanding and your ability to bring EFT to life in the room.
-
Certification is an exciting milestone, but it’s not the finish line—our focus will be on your growth, not just checking boxes. We’ll set clear, steady goals to keep you on track without getting lost in performance anxiety.
Along the way, we’ll work through the natural self-doubt that comes with this process, helping you find your voice, trust your instincts, and deepen your ability to frame client experiences through an attachment lens.
The real goal? Helping you become the kind of therapist who moves with confidence, connection, and heart—certification will follow.
I GET THIS JOURNEY—
I’VE PERSONALLY GONE THROUGH IT three TIMES—AND I BELIEVE YOU CAN ACHIEVE CERTIFICATION AND SO. MUCH. MORE.
The first time I pursued certification,
My supervisor told me she was confident I’d make it. Then, after hours upon hours of transcribing, coding, and compiling my materials, my hard drive crashed—I lost everything. I was devastated.
I had to sit with what this meant for me as a clinician, wrestle with self-doubt, and learn to reach out for support. I stepped back for six months, focused on my clients, and when I was ready, I started again from scratch.
The second time, I finished the process. The third time, I completed supervision and conceptualization to become a certified EFT supervisor. Along the way, I balanced this work with raising young kids, navigating their early childhood special needs, and making space for my own learning in the midst of a full life.
I know firsthand how challenging this path can be—not just logistically, but emotionally. That’s why I make supervision a space where you can grow at your own pace, build confidence, and move toward certification in a way that feels sustainable and meaningful for you.

FAQS

I believe good supervision starts with a safe, warm, and collaborative relationship. My goal is to help you bring EFT to life in your sessions—not just understand the concepts, but actually feel confident applying them with clients. I use metaphors and real-world examples to make EFT more accessible, meeting you where you are rather than forcing a rigid structure. This is your learning journey, and I want to help you grow in a way that feels natural and supportive.
-
Absolutely—I believe in your ability to get certified. We’ll set clear goals and work toward them in a way that feels steady and manageable, without getting lost in the pressure of "checking boxes." While certification is a great milestone, my focus is on helping you truly grow in your skills so you feel confident and effective as an EFT therapist. When we keep the emphasis on deepening your understanding and ability, the certification process feels much more doable.

I offer multiple options and pricing structures for my supervision services, including…
One-on-One Supervision: $180 / 55 minutes
Dyad supervision: $300/ 90 minutes, shared between you and a colleague
Group Supervision: $400 per five-month semester (five x two- hour supervision meetings every second Friday)
I only offer dyad supervision on a case-by-case basis as I find it often works best for more advanced clinicians who are simply looking to sharpen their skills.
I also offer a limited number of scholarships for supervision, which are available to therapists working pro bono for under-served populations.
