As Maine’s first ICEEFT-certified therapist and the first clinical EFT supervisor in the state of Maine, Rebecca is proud to have brought Emotionally Focused Therapy to her home state.

A seasoned therapist with over two decades of experience, Rebecca works with couples, individuals, and families using the attachment-based EFT method in her private practice.

Rebecca provides two-day EFT Couple Immersion sessions, Hold Me Tight™ couple’s workshops, Created for Connection workshops for Christian couples. She has also coached third year medical students in attachment theory integration.

In addition to clinical work, Rebecca is passionate about growing and mentoring therapists. She provides individual and group supervision for clinicians growing their EFT skills and moving towards EFT certification. She also co-founded and co-directs EFTMaine, which provides workshops, networking, and other resources for Maine therapists.

On the personal side, her real-life adventures as a mom, wife, professional, friend, person of faith, recreational runner and sailor, and regular human inform her work and allow her to connect deeply with her clients.
